• Violet R. Madosh, 37, Neopit, had her probation revoked Oct. 30 on two counts of possession of narcotic drugs. Judge William Kussel Jr. sentenced her Dec. 12 to 18 months in prison, followed by one year of extended supervision. • Erin E. Wynos, 27, Keshena, pleaded no contest Dec. 13 to possession of methamphetamine, harboring or aiding a felon, two counts of felony bail jumping, four misdemeanor counts of operating a motor vehicle while her license was revoked, 12 counts of misdemeanor bail jumping, and misdemeanor counts of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (third offense), possession of THC, resisting or obstructing an officer and possession of drug paraphernalia. Kussel levied fines and placed her on three years of probation with conditions, including 240 days in county jail. • Leslie J. Lemens, 54, Sturgeon Bay, pleaded no contest Dec. 15 to operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fifth or sixth offense). Kussel sentenced him to two years in prison followed by three years of extended supervision with conditions. • Thomas E. Raatz, 64, Wausau, pleaded no contest Sept. 14 to fleeing an officer in his vehicle and second-degree recklessly endangering safety. Kussel sentenced him Dec. 12 to 19 months in prison followed by two years of extended supervision. • Crystal M. Denny, 40, Gresham, pleaded guilty Dec. 12 to possession of THC (second or subsequent offense). Kussel levied fines and sentenced her to 200 days in the county jail. • Michael B. Smith, 47, Antigo, pleaded guilty to possession of narcotic drugs and operating a motor vehicle while his license was revoked. Judge Katherine Sloma levied fines and sentenced him to six months in the county jail. • Matthew J. Vanderlinden, no birth date listed, Bonduel, was charged Dec. 15 with five counts of false imprisonment and a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Sloma set a $10,000 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for Feb. 13. • Preston T. Harris Cook, 30, Shawano, was charged Dec. 15 with six counts of felony bail jumping, along with misdemeanor charges of criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct. Sloma set a $5,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Jan. 3.
