• Michael L. Szafranek, 43, Crivitz, pleaded no contest March 11 to felony bail jumping and issuing worthless checks, along with a misdemeanor bad checks charge. Judge Katherine Sloma withheld sentencing and placed him on three years of probation with conditions including 120 days in county jail. • John G. Shawano, 42, Keshena, pleaded no contest March 14 to two counts of possession of narcotic drugs, three counts of felony bail jumping and four misdemeanor counts of resisting or obstructing an officer. Sloma withheld sentencing and placed him on three years of probation with conditions. • Mark A. Reiter, 33, Keshena, pleaded no contest March 13 to misdemeanor charges of battery and disorderly conduct. A related felony count was dismissed in a plea agreement but read into the record. Sloma levied a $150 fine and other court costs. • Brandon L. Kruschke, 41, Shawano, was charged March 11 with false imprisonment and misdemeanor counts of criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct. Judge William Kussel Jr. set a $2,500 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for June 11. • Lee A. Tourtillott, 44, Shawano, was charged March 11 with possession of methamphetamine, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and three counts of misdemeanor bail jumping. Kussel set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for March 19. • Bronson L. Webster, 42, Oneida, was charged March 11 with possession of methamphetamine. Kussel set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for March 25. • Charley E. Estep, 38, Shawano, was charged March 11 with possession of narcotic drugs. Kussel set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for March 25. • Angel L. Mendoza, 31, Shawano, was charged March 11 with felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer. Kussel set a $1,000 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for April 1. • Miguel K. Rosas, 27, Milwaukee, was charged March 12 with two counts of substantial battery intending great bodily harm, 24 counts of felony bail jumping, six counts of misdemeanor bail jumping, two misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct, and misdemeanor counts of criminal trespass to a dwelling and resisting or obstructing an officer. In a separate case, Rosas was charged with fleeing an officer in his vehicle, 22 more counts of felony bail jumping, and misdemeanor charges of operating while his license was revoked, resisting or obstructing an officer and disorderly conduct. Kussel set a $50,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for March 21. • Lindsey S. Moschel-Olszewski, 35, Green Bay, was charged March 12 with three counts of felony bail jumping, possession of THC (second or subsequent offense) and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Kussel set a $1,000 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for April 29. • Russell A. Tourtillott, 63, Shawano, was charged March 13 with possession of methamphetamine and two counts of felony bail jumping. Kussel set a $1,500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for March 21. • Terrence C. Kuranda, 40, Shawano, was charged March 13 with possession with intent to deliver amphetamine or methamphetamine, maintaining a drug trafficking place, possession of narcotic drugs, possession of THC (second or subsequent offense), six counts of felony bail jumping, and misdemeanor counts of resisting or obstructing an officer and possession of drug paraphernalia. Kussel set a $35,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for March 18.
