• Luann P. Calmes, 60, Gillett, pleaded no contest March 25 to operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fourth offense), possession of THC (second or subsequent offense) and a misdemeanor count of operating while revoked. Judge William Kussel Jr. sentenced her to 210 days in the county jail, revoked her license for 24 months and levied fines and court costs of $3,940.81.
• Theodore E. Rustick, 50, Birnamwood, was charged March 25 with possession of narcotic drugs and misdemeanor bail jumping. Judge Katherine Sloma set a $250 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for April 3.
• Jackie L. Gardner, 37, Birnamwood, was charged March 27 with possession of narcotic drugs, possession of methamphetamine and five counts of felony bail jumping. Sloma set a $750 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for June 19.
• Jerrad T. Seibert, 36, Appleton, was charged March 28 with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fifth or sixth offense) and misdemeanor counts of operating while revoked and violating an ignition interlock device order. Sloma set a $5,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for April 4.
