• Joseph J. Hauke, 47, Birnamwood, pleaded no contest May 21 to charges in seven cases: possession of cocaine, possession of THC (second or subsequent offense), possession of narcotic drugs, 15 cases of felony bail jumping, as well as misdemeanor charges — two counts of operating while revoked, criminal damage to property, disorderly conduct, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and four counts of misdemeanor bail jumping. Judge William Kussel Jr. withheld sentencing and placed him on five years of probation with conditions. • Cody J. Watzka, 30, Shawano, had his probation revoked Jan. 26 on two counts of possession of methamphetamine and a charge of felony bail jumping. Kussel sentenced him May 22 to three years in prison, followed by four years of extension with the same conditions as his probation. • Donald L. Latender, 40, Keshena, pleaded no contest May 24 to possession of THC and three counts of child neglect, all misdemeanors. At least one charge was amended from a felony in a plea agreement. Kussel withheld sentencing and placed him on two years of probation with conditions. • Paul J. Waubanascum, 47, Shawano, pleaded guilty May 22 to being a child sex offender working with children and battery by prisoners. Kussel sentenced him to three years in prison — but ruled he has already served that time in the Shawano County Jail — followed by four years of probation with conditions. • Leslie N. Gauthier, 27, pleaded no contest May 20 to two counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor charges of resisting or obstructing an officer, disorderly conduct, two counts of battery and two counts of bail jumping. Judge Katherine Sloma withheld sentencing and placed her on four years of probation with conditions. • William E. Hilley, 30, Shawano, pleaded no contest May 21 to possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Sloma imposed and stayed a prison sentence and placed him on 30 months of probation with conditions including participation in drug court. • Mark R. Kaster, 65, Krakow, was convicted by a jury April 10 of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and operating with a prohibited alcohol content, both fourth offenses. On May 20, Sloma imposed and stayed a prison sentence and placed him on three years of probation with conditions. • Christian I. Eccles, 25, Shawano, pleaded no contest May 21 to possession of narcotic drugs, taking and driving a vehicle without consent, three counts of misdemeanor bail jumping and and a misdemeanor charge of theft of movable property. Sloma withheld sentencing and placed him on four years of probation. • Shawn L. Matson, 48, Racine, pleaded no contest May 22 to possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Sloma levied fines and fees and sentenced him to nine months in county jail. • Daryl M. Zimmerman, 63, Little Chute, pleaded no contest May 22 to possession of THC (second or subsequent offense). Sloma levied fines and fees totaling $1,630.50. • Robert A. Whitewing, 64, Wittenberg, pleaded no contest May 20 to five counts of failure to report to county jail. Kussel levied fines and fees and sentenced him to five months in county jail, consecutive to any other sentence Whitewing may currently be serving. • Heather M. Bullock, 42, Kimberly, pleaded no contest May 22 to five counts of failure to report to county jail and five counts of misdemeanor bail jumping. Sloma levied fines and fees and sentenced her to five months in county jail. • Eian Z. Probst, 19, Shawano, was charged May 20 with repeated sexual assault of the same child. Sloma set a $1,000 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for June 3. • Ordell M. Escalante, 19, Keshena, was charged May 21 with possession of narcotic drugs. Sloma set a $2,500 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for July 1. • Mitchell Lee Anwash, 35, Green Bay, was charged May 22 with six counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (third offense), violating an ignition interlock device order, operating while revoked, resisting or obstructing an officer, and disorderly conduct. Sloma set $1,500 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for June 13. • Justin A. Schneider, 25, Keshena, was charged May 22 with felony bail jumping and misdemeanor bail jumping. Sloma set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for June 7. • Michael A. Winters, 56, Pulaski, was charged May 22 with possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia to manufacture or store methamphetamine. Sloma set a $5,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for May 29. • Jose Molina-Gonzalez, 18, Dorchester, was charged May 23 with child abuse intentional causing harm and a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Sloma set a $2,500 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for July 1. • Ntxhiab Thao, 40, Madison, was charged May 23 with manufacture with intent to deliver cocaine and child neglect. Sloma set a $15,000 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for June 11. • Justin L. Wilber, 34, Neopit, was charged May 24 with three counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor charges of operating while revoked and possession of THC. Sloma set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for June 27.
