Charles Harold Malueg Jr., 65, formerly of Suring, passed away on Wednesday, Oct, 16, 2013. Charles was born April 19, 1948, to the late Charles Sr. and Rose (Otradovec) Malueg.
He farmed with his father in the town of How and took great pride in his occupation. Charlie was courageous, going through the undeserved struggle to retrieve his livelihood and his farm that was taken from him.
Charles is survived by five sisters, Myrna, Mona, Marsha, Sonja, Goldie; four brothers, Spencer, Gary and two other brothers; and his niece, Gigi Perez, of Nashville, Tenn. Charles is further survived by many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Margo.
Visitation was held at Gruetzmacher Funeral Home in Suring on Saturday, Oct. 19, 2013, from 11 a.m. until the funeral service at 1 p.m. with Pastor Kevin Kuhn officiating. Charles was laid to rest in Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
