Shawano, March 23
Adalyn Barkley led the Shawano girls track and field team with the best finish, after placing first in the triple jump in the Ripon College Showcase Meet on March 23. Shawano claimed another dozen top-10 finishes.
Barkley had a total distance of 34 feet 7.5 inches. Teammate Macey Nelson placed seventh.
Lily Guenther ran to a third place in the 3,200-meter run, with teammate Anabelle Schroeder placing ninth.
Both the 4x400-meter relay team and the 4x800-meter relay team finished in third place.
Barkley was also fourth in the 400-meter dash.
Grace Chelberg placed fifth in the 800-meter run.
Natalie Bystol was seventh in the high jump.
In the shot put, Hatty Fritz was eighth and Madisyn Weinig was ninth.
Shawano’s 4x200-meter relay team placed 10th.
Witt-Birn, March 21
Wittenberg-Birnamwood’s 86.5 points placed them third at the Marshfield Tiger Girls Invite on March 21. The Chargers just missed out on second place, earned by D.C. Everest with 87 points. Marshfield won with 129 points.
Nora Bushman’s time of 2:36.9 was the best in the 800-yard run, as her first place netted the team 10 points. She collected another 10 points with her first-place finish in the 1-mile run with a time of 5:51.88.
Faith Resch led the Chargers with a first in the high jump at 4 feet 10 inches. Ava Brei placed sixth.
Also taking first place was the team of Harper Rogowski, Brei, Kylee Beversdorf and Resch in 4:40.53 in the 4x440-yard relay.
The 4x880-yard relay team of Beversdorf, Charlie Eichman, Lily Metropulos and Bushman finished second.
In the 440-yard dash, it was Rogowski claiming second and Brie finishing third.
Resch placed fourth in the 60-yard hurdles.
Bushman claimed fourth in the triple jump, and Resch was ninth.
Brei placed fourth in the 220-yard dash, with Rogowski taking eighth.
In the shot put, it was Kaydence Burclaw finishing in sixth place.
The foursome of Kaitlin Tushkowski, Reese Dickman, Metropulos and Kelsie Davis earned a seventh-place finish in the 4x160-yard relay.
Another seventh place was earned in the 4x220-yard relay, this time with Tushkowski, Dickman, Metropulos and Jayden Zeinert running the race in 3:22.36.
Bonduel, March 21
Bonduel collected 38.5 points as the girls placed third at the Seymour Invitational on March 21.
Junior Audrey Weier captured first place in the 200-meter hurdles in 36.46. Addison Raymakers was fourth, and Hailey Berg was fifth.
Junior Abbi Heller led a contingent of six teammates earning top-10 finishes in the shot put. Heller set the pace with first-place finish at 26 feet 4.25 inches. She was followed by McKenna Onesti in second, Hailey Spates in third, Morgan Staszak in fifth and Caroline Richter in eighth.
Olivia Giese placed second, Berg was fourth and Weier was sixth in the 55-meter hurdles.
Paige Niquette, a freshman, placed second in the 55-meter dash.
The 4x200-meter relay team of Giese, Josie Anvelink, Rachyl Hutter and Niquette took second place.
Weier was fourth in the high jump and was joined by Staszak in fifth and Hailey Eggert in ninth.
Giese was sixth in the 400-meter dash.
In the 800-meter run, it was junior Seidy Blandon in sixth.
Eggert was seventh in the long jump, and Isabella Rizzo was 10th.
Oconto Falls, March 19
The Oconto Falls girls track team didn’t have as many first-place finishes as the boys at the Oconto Falls Indoor 1 on March 19, but they still won a majority of the events.
The Panthers nabbed seven of the top 10 spots in the 45-yard dash, including Rylie Shallow’s first-place finish. Chloe Anastasopoulos placed second, Anna Spaulding was third, Hailyn St. Louis tied for fourth (with Lena/St. Thomas Aquinas Academy’s Kaelyn Cook), Kati Raddatz was sixth, and Abby Budz and Bailee Gorman tied for 10th.
Gorman won the 200-meter dash and was joined by teammates St. Louis in fourth place, Rhina Vandeyacht in sixth, Jasmine Lamal-Martinez in ninth and Gwen Maggio tied for 10th with Lena/STAAA’s Karli Fischer. Other Lena/STAA runners in the top 10 were Abigail Kostreva in second, Eva Brooks in third and Kali Fischer in seventh.
For the 400-meter dash, it was Miriam Alberts of Lena/STAA in first, Oconto Falls’ Mackenzie Lotto in second and Lena/STAA’s Kate Peters in third.
Oconto Falls grabbed spots one through four and seventh in the 800-meter run. Maddy Przyblski won the race, with Hannah Ludeman in second, Hailey Delzer in third, Arianna Impastato in fourth and Allison Kramer in seventh.
Brooke Hodkiewicz of Oconto Falls won the 1,600-meter run, and teammate Emma Meissner placed second.
In the 55-meter hurdles, it was Oconto Falls’ Josie Saari placing second and Lena/STAA’s Alexis Maloney in third.
Oconto Falls won the 4x100-meter relay, and Lena/STAA placed second. The Panthers were the only competitor in the 4x400-meter relay and 4x800-meter relay, thereby winning both events.
The Panthers placed five team members in the top 10 for shot put. Morgan Moynihan won the event, followed by Aly Yuma in second, Grace Molitor in third, Raddatz in fifth and Kylee Williams in seventh. Also, Lena/STAA’s Mackenzie Vorpahl was fourth.
The high jump title went to Brooks, with Hodkiewicz in fourth, Peters in fifth, Maggie in sixth, Oconto Falls’ Eloise Thompson in eighth and Lily Van De Ven in ninth.
Kostreva won the long jump, followed by St. Louis in second, Vandeyacht in fourth, Maggio in fifth, Przyblski in sixth, Lamal-Martinez in ninth and teammate Johanna Mikulik in 1oth.
Budz claimed the top spot in the triple jump, followed by Kali Fischer in the No. 2 spot, Oconto Fall’s Emery Pagel in third, Lena/STAA’s Kaitlyn Borkovec in fourth, Delzer in fifth and Mackenzie Lotto in sixth.
Pulaski, March 19
The Red Raiders captured four first-place awards at the Ripon College Invite on March 19.
Olivia Sprangers won the 200-meter dash in 27.1 seconds, with Rachael Allen taking fifth. Ella Ficarri won the 60-meter hurdles in 9.92.
Hallie Morz claimed the top spot in the pole vault at 11 feet, and the 4x200-meter relay team won in 1:51.94.
Ella Hasser claimed the third position in the 400-meter dash, and the 4x400-meter relay team was also third.
Hasser was fourth in the triple jump.
Megan Kraft was fifth in the long jump.
Olivia Stedl was fifth in the 800-meter run, while Emerson Fabry was sixth.

Bonduel, March 18
Bonduel girls earned eight first-place finishes out of 12 events at the Seymour Indoor Quad on March 18.
Paige Niquette placed first in the 55-meter dash in 7.97 seconds. She was joined by Addison Raymakers in sixth, Sophie Smith in eighth and two others.
Seidy Blandon ran to first in the 800-meter run in 3:36.78.
Cierra Schnell earned first place in the 200-meter hurdles in 35.44. Hailey Berg was third, and Olivia Giese was fourth.
Bonduel won all three relay races, the 4x200, the 4x400 and the 4x800.
In the 1,600-meter run, Mariah Wondra placed first in 6:04.43, and Teagan Engel placed second.
Josie Anvelink earned the top spot in the shot put at 33-2. Five other Bonduel girls finished in the top 10 and three more captured the 11th, 12th and 15th spots. Rachyl Hutter was third, McKenna Onesti placed fifth, Hailey Spates was sixth, Abbi Heller finished in ninth, and Rose Siewert was 10th.
Raymakers was the top Bonduel athlete in the 400-meter dash, finishing in third.
In the 55-meter hurdles, Giese finished second and Hailey was third.
All three girls finished in the top 10 in the high jump. Isabella Rizzo placed fourth, Hailey Eggert was sixth, and Riana Bahr placed seventh.
Eggert finished third in the long jump, while Rizzo was fifth.
Shawano, March 18
Shawano track and field athletes racked up 57 points and finished third out of 17 teams at the Oshkosh High School Invitational on March 18.
West De Pere placed first with 88 points, while Appleton North was second with 65 pants.
The team of Bailey Hendricks, Adalyn Barkley, Maci Beyer and Lilly Guenther placed first in the 4x800-meter relay in 10:26.99.
Grace Chelberg set the pace in the 1,600-meter run, grabbing first place in 5:27.8. Hendricks placed eighth.
Barkley earned more team points with a second-place finish in the 400-meter dash. Guenther was second in the 3,200-meter run.
Shawano also earned points in the triple jump, with Barkley nabbing second and Macey Nelson seventh.
Barkley, Beyer, Tela Hopfensperger and Hendricks teamed up for a fifth-place finish in the 4x400-meter relay.
Nelson finished sixth in the long jump.
Chelberg was sixth in the 800-meter run.
The 4x200-meter relay team placed ninth, just one spot out of the points. Hopfensperger, Beyer, Natalie Bystol and Nelson had a time of 1:59.01.
