Gillett defeats St. Thomas Aquinas
Maya Breed and Jessica Anderson each recorded five service aces as Gillett defeated St. Thomas Aquinas in four sets Thursday, 25-19, 25-22, 20-25, 25-16.
Hailey Brock had nine assists, while Anderson added seven.
Myranda Pratsch dug nine hits to lead Gillett, and Victoria Loberger had seven kills.

Oconto Falls 5th at home invite
Oconto Falls, with a team score of 418, took fifth place at its home invitational at River Island Golf Course on Monday, 43 strokes behind the leader Marinette.
Brittany Russell and Bridgett Gorman each shot a low score of 102 to lead Oconto Falls. Kalie Elkins added a 106, and Brianna LeFebre scored a 108.
Marinette’s Kayla Thielen won the invitational with a 17-over 89.
Panthers 3rd at Luxemburg-Casco
Oconto Falls tied Shawano Community High School with a team score of 215 at Northbrook Country Club in Luxemburg on Tuesday, Sept. 15.
Brittany Russell again led the Panthers, this time with a 51. Kalie Elkins and Brianna LeFebre each shot rounds of 54. Bridgett Gorman followed with a 56 to round out the scoring.
Kayla Thielen, of Marinette, tied her teammate Hallie Olsen for low score at the meet.
