Galen R. Case, 64, of Cecil, passed away Thursday, Aug. 6, 2015, at the Appleton Medical Center where he had been a patient the past six days.
Funeral service arrangements are pending and will be announced at a later time.
Mickelson Funeral & Cremation Service of Shawano is assisting the family with arrangements.
