Donna M. Bushy

Donna M. Bushy, 57, passed away peacefully on Saturday, Dec. 4, 2021. She was born May 20, 1964, in West Allis. Donna worked as a CNA throughout Wisconsin for over 20 years. On April 25, 2003, she married Jimmy Bushy in Shawano. Donna liked to play darts and was in a dart league for 35 years. She loved Christmastime. She especially loved watching Hallmark movies and decorating her home during the holidays. Donna also loved watching Brandan’s baseball games and cheering him on. One of her greatest passions was being a grandmother and spending time with her two grandchildren, Brooklynn and Garrett. Donna is survived by her husband, Jim; her children, Elizabeth (Dakota) Knapp and Brandan Bushy; her grandchildren, Brooklynn and Garrett; her siblings, Sandra (Ed) Jasken, Kathy (Dave) Deulery, Brenda Erickson, Paula Yonker, Laura (Wayne) Grosskoph, William (Christine) Fletcher, Thomas Fletcher, Mark Fletcher and Donald Fletcher; her uncle, Larry Polak; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Archie and Beverly Fletcher; her son, Eric Fletcher; and her in-laws, Glenn and Theresa Bushy. A celebration of life will be held for Donna at the American Legion, 850 S. Lincoln St., Shawano, on Saturday, Dec. 18 from 1-5 p.m.
