Donald L. Miller, 50, of Marion, passed away on Monday, Nov. 24, 2014. Donald was born on July 9, 1964, in Shawano to Nancy (Lohrentz) Miller and the late James O. Miller. He graduated in 1982 from Marion High School and lived in the Pella area all his life. Donald was a truck driver, but most recently worked at Marion Plywood as a yard foreman. He enjoyed cutting firewood, deer hunting and being outdoors.
Donald is survived by his son, Jason Eggert, of Denmark; his mother, Nancy Miller, his brother, Tim (Jodi) Miller, and a sister-in-law, Beth Miller, all of Shawano. He is further survived by three nephews, Kyle, Kenton and Zachary; and his best friend, Debbie Eggert.
Donald was preceded in death by his father, James O. Miller, and his brother, Robert Miller.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Nov. 29, 2014, at the Swedberg Funeral Home in Shawano with the Rev. Steve Conradt officiating. Burial will be in the St. John Lutheran Cemetery, Hermansfort. Visitation will be held at Swedberg Funeral Home on Saturday from 12:30 p.m. until the time of the service.
