• Brett M. Williams, 35, Stanley, pleaded no contest Nov. 29, 2022, to misdemeanor charges of fourth-degree sexual assault, criminal trespass to property and disorderly conduct. The first two counts were amended from felonies in a plea agreement. Judge William Kussel Jr. levied fines and sentenced Williams to nine months in jail on Dec. 19. • Richard J. Krystof, 30, Green Bay, pleaded no contest Dec. 18 to felony bail jumping, attempted battery or threat to a law officer and misdemeanor counts of operating a motor vehicle while his license was revoked and resisting or obstructing an officer. Judge Katherine Sloma levied fines and sentenced him to 180 days in jail for the bail jumping case, and for the other counts, she imposed and stayed a prison sentence and placed him on three years of probation with conditions. • Chad W. Meyer, 40, Appleton, pleaded no contest Dec. 21 to substantial battery intending bodily harm and misdemeanor counts of battery and bail jumping. Kussel withheld sentencing and placed him on three years of probation with conditions. • Dennis W. Hogan, 26, Denmark, pleaded no contest Dec. 19 to burglary to a building or dwelling and possession of THC (second and subsequent offense). Sloma withheld sentencing and placed him on seven years of probation with conditions. • Damian R. Terrio, 18, Green Bay, was charged Dec. 18 with four counts of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and causing injury and misdemeanor counts of operating while revoked and possession of THC. Kussel set a $20,000 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for Jan. 25. • Jeremy W. Heise, 38, Suring, was charged Dec. 19 with possession of narcotic drugs, possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia to produce methamphetamine. Sloma set a $7,500 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for Feb. 12. • Richard J. Alsteen, 40, Shawano, was charged Dec. 19 with substantial battery intending bodily harm, physical abuse of an elder person and misdemeanor disorderly conduct. Kussel set a $2,000 cash bond, and on Dec. 21, Sloma bound him over after a preliminary hearing and scheduled arraignment for Jan. 9. • Joseph L. Soulier, 19, Keshena, was charged Dec. 20 with two counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (second offense). Kussel set a $750 cash bond, and on Dec. 21, Sloma scheduled a status conference for Jan. 8. • Matthew W. Netzel, 39, Birnamwood, was charged Dec. 21 with two counts of felony bail jumping and six counts of misdemeanor bail jumping, Kussel set a $1,500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Dec. 28. • Brian L. Pamonicutt, 55, Shawano, was charged Dec. 21 with three counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of theft of movable property. Kussel set a $1,500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Dec. 28. • Brad L. Schmidt, 48, Shawano, was charged Dec. 21 with strangulation and suffocation and misdemeanor counts of battery and disorderly conduct. Kussel set a $10,000 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for Feb. 12. • Latasha M. Teller, 33, Shawano, was charged Dec. 21 with possession of narcotic drugs, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and six counts of misdemeanor bail jumping. Kussel set a $1,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Dec. 29.
