• Troy W. Ford, 38, Shawano, pleaded no contest Dec. 3 to third-degree sexual assault. On Jan. 3, Judge William Kussel Jr. sentenced him to two and a half years in state prison followed by three years of extended supervision. • Cassandra A. Braddock, 23, Keshena, pleaded no contest Jan. 3 to possession of THC (second or subsequent offense) and a misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer. Kussel withheld sentence and placed her on three years of probation with conditions. • Michael L. Michaelis, 28, Wittenberg, pleaded no contest Jan. 2 to possession of narcotic drugs, possession of cocaine (second or subsequent offense), possession of THC (second or subsequent offense), five counts of misdemeanor bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer. Judge Katherine Sloma withheld sentence and placed him on four years of probation with conditions. • Cody D. Cook, 37, Keshena, had his probation revoked Aug. 25 on charges of driving or operating a vehicle without consent, possession of methamphetamine, and two counts of felony bail jumping. Kussel sentenced him Jan. 5 to three years in prison followed by three years of extended supervision. Cook received credit for 916 days already served. • Constance R. Freeman, 50, Keshena, pleaded no contest Jan. 5 to possession of THC (second or subsequent offense). Sloma placed her on probation for 12 months with conditions. • Justine V. Peters, 34, Keshena, pleaded no contest Jan. 5 to battery or threat to a law officer, attempted battery or threat to a law officer, three counts of misdemeanor bail jumping, and misdemeanor counts of operating a vehicle without consent and resisting or obstructing an officer. Sloma levied fines and sent Peters to county jail for 12 months. She was given credit for 107 days already served. • John R. Sisko, 42, Hawkins, pleaded no contest two counts of possession of THC and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia, all misdemeanors. A felony charge of possession of THC with intent to deliver was dismissed in a plea agreement. Kussel levied fines, withheld sentencing and placed Sisko on two years of probation with conditions. • Garth L. Banuelos, 36, Wittenberg, was charged Jan. 2 with six counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor disorderly conduct. Sloma set a $2,500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Jan. 25. • Sunday D. Dixon, 38, Neopit, was charged Jan. 2 with felony bail jumping. Sloma set a $500 cash bond and later scheduled a plea and sentencing hearing for Jan. 8. • David A. Corn, 23, Shawano, was charged Jan. 2 with possession of narcotic drugs and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Sloma set a $2,500 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for Feb. 27. • Jeanne C. Chevalier, 31, Shawano, was charged Jan. 2 with felony bail jumping. Sloma set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Jan. 12. • Brett J. Faust, 30, Wittenberg, was charged Jan. 2 with possession of narcotic drugs, possession of methamphetamine, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Sloma set a $1,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Jan. 11. • Landon J. Heling, 28, Shawano, was charged Jan. 2 with two counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of using or possession with intention to use a masking agent. Sloma set a $1,500 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Feb. 16. • Jennifer A. Gilbreath, 47, Shawano, was charged Jan. 2 with strangulation and suffocation and misdemeanor counts of battery and disorderly conduct. Sloma set a $5,000 signature bond and adjourned her initial appearance until Feb. 5. • Destiny R. Rockman, 34, Neopit, was charged Jan. 2 with possession of methamphetamine, four counts of felony bail jumping, and a misdemeanor charge of resisting or obstructing an officer. Sloma set a $2,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Jan. 12. • Christy R. Boyd, 34, Neopit, was charged Jan. 3 with possession of methamphetamine, two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping, and a misdemeanor count of possession of cocaine. Sloma set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Jan. 11. • Tritan R. Contreras, 18, Shawano, was charged Jan. 4 with child abuse with a high probability of great harm and misdemeanor disorderly conduct. Sloma set a $10,000 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for Feb. 13. • Joseph J. Hauke, 46, Birnamwood, was charged Jan. 4 with possession of narcotic drugs, eight counts of felony bail jumping, and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Sloma set a $10,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Jan. 12. • Amber L. Roehl, 31, Merrill, was charged Jan. 4 with possession of narcotic drugs, possession of methamphetamine, nine counts of felony bail jumping, and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Sloma set a $10,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Jan. 9. • Lonna L. Roche-Vetterneck, 19, Eland, was charged Jan. 4 with possession of narcotic drugs and misdemeanor bail jumping. Sloma set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Jan. 22. • Kyle L. McGeshick, 39, Rhinelander, was charged Jan. 4 with 10 counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of operating a motor vehicle while his license was revoked and resisting or obstructing an officer. Sloma set a $10,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Jan. 12. • Deon L. Duke, 45, was charged Jan. 5 with criminal damage to property (greater than $2,500). Sloma set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Jan. 11. • David J. Oshkeshequoam, 58, Gresham, was charged Jan. 5 with felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of bail jumping and criminal damage to property.
