• Robert F. Block, 36, Bonduel, pleaded no contest Dec. 12 to battery to emergency medical care providers, two counts of criminal damage to property, two counts second-degree recklessly endangering safety, 17 counts of felony bail jumping, two misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct and a misdemeanor charge of resisting or obstructing an officer. Judge William Kussel Jr. sentenced him Feb. 27 to three years in prison, followed by four years of extended supervision, and scheduled a restitution hearing for March 13. The sentence is to be served consecutively to a Menominee County sentence in which he pleaded no contest to possession of amphetamine with intent to deliver.
• Larry D. Gretzon, 40, a former Birnamwood man serving time in a Maryland prison, pleaded no contest Jan. 12 to possession of methamphetamine, two counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. On Feb. 28, Judge Katherine Sloma withheld sentencing and placed him on four years of probation with conditions.
• Eric J. Nelson, 43, Gastra, Michigan, pleaded no contest March 1 to misdemeanor charges of possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia. The THC charge was amended from a felony in a plea agreement. Sloma levied fines and fees totaling $1,997.50.
• Marlin A. James, 47, Shawano, pleaded no contest March 1 to substantial battery intending bodily harm. Kussel withheld sentencing and placed on two years of probation with conditions.
• Steven A. Dubeau, 34, Shawano, was charged Feb. 26 with second-degree recklessly endangering safety and misdemeanor counts of discharging a firearm within 100 yards of a building, endangering safety by the use of a dangerous weapon and criminal damage to property. Sloma set a $5,000 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for April 9.
• Ernest G. Weihbrecht, 49, Pulaski, was charged Feb. 26 with possession of methamphetamine, possession of narcotic drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia to manufacture methamphetamine and three counts of felony bail jumping. Sloma set a $1,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for March 6.
• Scott P. McKeever, 61, Bonduel, was charged Feb. 26 with two counts of felony bail jumping. Sloma set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for March 12. In a separate case, McKeever was charged Feb. 29 with three more counts of felony bail jumping. Sloma set a $750 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for March 12.
• Dshawn M. Peterson, 17, Neopit, was charged Feb. 27 with battery or threat to a law officer, possession of narcotic drugs, 13 counts of misdemeanor bail jumping, and misdemeanor charges of possession of THC, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting or obstructing an officer and attempted criminal damage to property. Sloma set a $1,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for March 4.
• Dawn L. Oshkeshequoam, 50, Green Bay, was charged Feb. 27 with possession of narcotic drugs, six counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Sloma set a $2,500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for March 4.
• Arita F. Powless, 42, Keshena, was charged Feb. 28 with possession of methamphetamine, possession of narcotic drugs, six counts of misdemeanor bail jumping and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Sloma set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for March 5.
• Kimberly A. Olsen, 40, Mattoon, was charged Feb. 29 with second-degree recklessly endangering safety and three misdemeanor counts of child neglect. Sloma set a $10,000 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for April 9.
• Darius A. Wilber, 18, was charged March 1 with two counts of throwing or discharging bodily fluids at a public safety worker or prosecutor and misdemeanor charges of operating a firearm while intoxicated, possession of THC, resisting or obstructing an officer and attempted criminal damage to property. Sloma set a $1,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for March 8.
• Stacy A. Valley, 43, Shawano, was charged March 1 with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia to manufacture methamphetamine and two counts of felony bail jumping. Sloma set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for April 9.
