Pingel, pleaded no contest March 8 to possession of methamphetamine, possession of THC (second and subsequent offense), six counts of felony bail jumping, two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping, two misdemeanor charges of resisting or obstructing an officer, and a misdemeanor count of failing to stop for an officer. Judge William Kussel Jr. imposed and stayed a prison sentence and placed her on three years of probation with conditions.
• Styles G. Sechrist, 32, Neopit, pleaded no contest March 5 to a misdemeanor charge of operating a vehicle without consent. A felony bail jumping charge was dismissed in a plea agreement. Judge Katherine Sloma levied fines and other assessments.
• Dylan M. Giese, 24, Shawano, was charged March 4 with child abuse recklessly causing great harm, first-degree reckless injury, and first-degree recklessly endangering safety. Sloma set a $75,000 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for April 2.
• Desma M. Wayka, 32, Appleton, was charged March 4 with two counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Sloma set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for March 13.
• Noelle A. Madosh, 36, Shawano, was charged March 4 with felony bail jumping. Sloma set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for March 11.
• Marcos A. Smith, 19, Shawano, was charged March 5 with two counts of felony bail jumping and two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping. Sloma set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for May 9.
• Caitlynn J. Testolin, 31, Gresham, was charged March 5 with 12 counts of felony bail jumping, possession of THC (second or subsequent offense), and misdemeanor disorderly conduct. Sloma set a $2,500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for March 15.
• Bruce G. Cornelius, 38, De Pere, was charged March 7 with possession of cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia to manufacture methamphetamine, 14 counts of felony bail jumping and two misdemeanor counts of possession of illegally obtained prescription drugs. Judge Gregory Grau set a $5,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for March 12.
• Joshua K. Krieger, 29, Shawano, was charged March 7 with substantial battery intending bodily harm and felony bail jumping. Grau set a $2,500 signature bond and adjourned Krieger’s initial appearance until April 15.
• Alexis R. Wilber, 24, Keshena, was charged March 8 with possession of THC (second and subsequent offense) and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Sloma set a $1,000 signature bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for March 28.
• Naseen N. Pyatskowit, 22, Shawano, was charged March 8 with possession of cocaine, felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of bail jumping and possession of drug paraphernalia. Sloma set a $1,000 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for April 2.
