Proceedings from Oct. 16
Christopher L. Harris, 22, Oconto Falls, made an initial appearance on two counts of sexual assault of a child under the age of 16 which allegedly occurred between June 1 and Aug. 1 in Oconto Falls. His appearance will continue Nov. 12, and a $2,500 cash bond was set. Under conditions of the bond, he may have no contact with the alleged victim or any minor females except immediate family or incidental contact with minor females.
An arraignment will be Nov. 5 for Joshua P. Smet, 24, Gillett, who is accused of being party to a burglary, party to theft and party to obstructing an officer, all repeater charges. He was arrested Sept. 20 in Gillett. His bond was reduced from $2,500 to $1,500, and he is to have no alcohol or illegal drugs and no contact with the alleged victim.

Proceedings from Oct. 14
Jessica M. Hager, 25, Abrams, made an initial appearance on charges of being party to maintaining a drug trafficking place, party to possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and party to possessing drug paraphernalia on Sept. 3 in the town of Abrams. A $5,000 signature bond was set, and her preliminary hearing is Oct. 31.
Zachariah M. Diedrich, 30, Oconto, pleaded no contest to battery and obstructing an officer which took place Aug. 29 in Oconto. He was sentenced to nine months in jail on the battery charge and 60 days in jail on the obstructing charge, to run consecutively. A charge of strangulation and suffocation was dismissed. He must also pay $243 court costs.

Proceedings from Oct. 11
Tasha M. Carter, 23, Pulaski, made an initial appearance on charges of repeated battery to a peace officer, repeated resisting an officer and repeated disorderly conduct. She was arrested Sept. 27 in the town of Chase. Her appearance will continue Nov. 11, and a $15,000 cash bond was set. Conditions of the bond are that she have no alcohol, illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia, must not be in bars or places alcohol is sold or served and have no contact with the Oconto County patrolman who was injured when arresting the defendant.

Proceedings from Oct. 10
An arraignment is Oct. 30 for Chad W. Fischer, 34, Oconto Falls. He is charged with two counts of felony bail jumping and a theft charge which allegedly took place Sept. 10 in Oconto Falls. His $20,000 cash bond continues.
Laura L. Dey, 33, Oconto, stood mute at her court appearances of charges of being party to theft of movable property which allegedly occurred July 19, two counts of being party to burglary between May 1 and Aug. 4, all in Oconto Falls, and to retail theft and felony bail jumping Sept. 12 in Oconto, and to felony bail jumping Sept. 18. The court entered not guilty pleas to all charges on her behalf and set a status conference for Nov. 4. A $15,000 signature bond continues.
A plea hearing will be held Dec. 20 for Scott J. Fuelle, 26, Pound. He is accused of hit-and-run involving injury, which allegedly took place April 25 in the town of Lena. His $2,500 signature bond continues.
A preliminary hearing will be Nov. 11 for Robert J. Willis, 22, Green Bay. He is charged with being party to two counts of burglary and theft of movable property, which took place between May 9 and 13 in Lena. His $5,000 signature bond is continued.
Adam J. Charles, 43, Gillett, entered not guilty pleas to charges of driving while intoxicated, seventh, eighth or nine offense, to resisting an officer, disorderly conduct, and driving with blood alcohol content greater than the legal limit. He was arrested Aug. 4 in the town of Spruce. A $7,500 cash bond continues.
A preliminary hearing will be Oct. 30 for Brian C. Vincent, 27, Abrams. He is accused of being party to maintaining a drug trafficking place, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and party to possessing drug paraphernalia on Sept. 3 in the town of Abrams. His $500 cash bond continues.
A status conference is Nov. 12 for Dylan M. Younger, 21, Oconto Falls. He faces charges of disorderly conduct and felony bail jumping on Nov. 29, 2012, burglary, theft and possessing an illegally obtained prescription on Aug. 19, 2012, in Oconto Falls. A $1,000 cash bond continues.
A preliminary hearing is Oct. 25 for Daniel R. Williams, 20, Pulaski. He is charged with being party to a burglary and party to theft, which allegedly took place Oct. 1 in the town of Chase. His $20,000 cash bond continues.
Terrence L. Vanhoosen, 46, Lena, stood mute at his court appearance on charges of driving while intoxicated, fifth or sixth offense and with blood alcohol content greater than the legal limit. He was arrested July 14 in the town of Stiles. The court entered not guilty pleas on his behalf, and a pretrial conference is Nov. 12. A $2,500 cash bond continues.
A preliminary hearing will be held Oct. 25 for Ryan G. Larson, 19, Sobieski. He is charged with two counts each of burglary and theft, which allegedly took place between Sept. 1 and 9 in the town of Little Suamico. A $2,000 cash bond continues.
Daniella M. Donaldson, 20, Green Bay, made an initial appearance on charges of being party to a burglary arming herself with a dangerous weapon, three counts of being party to theft, and a charge of being party to burglary, all which allegedly occurred May 30 in the town of Little Suamico. Her preliminary hearing is scheduled for Nov. 1, and a $5,000 cash bond was set.
An initial appearance was held for Roy R. O’Harrow, 18, Lena. He is accused of second degree recklessly endangering another’s safety, pointing a firearm at another and negligent handling of a firearm. He was arrested Sept. 28 in the town of Little River. His appearance will continue Nov. 12, and a $1,000 cash bond was set.
An arraignment is Nov. 12 for Lauren S. Ireland, 34, Green Bay. She faces charges of being party to burglary of a building and two counts of theft, which allegedly took place May 10 in the town of Chase. Her $10,000 signature bond continues.
Charles M. Galbraith, 51, Pound, entered not guilty pleas to eight counts of failure to pay child support between March 1, 2009, and March 22, 2012. His pretrial conference will be held Dec. 5, and a $2,500 signature bond continues.

A bench warrant for the arrest of Timur A. Fursov, 18, Little Suamico, was cancelled, and he made an initial appearance on a charge of felony bail jumping, which occurred Aug. 11. His bond was set at $10,000, and his appearance will continue Nov. 15.

A preliminary hearing is Nov. 19 for Justin L. Douglas, 30, Portage. He is charged with five counts of being party to burglary and a charge of being party to arming himself with a dangerous weapon, all which allegedly took place June 12, 2012, in the town of Underhill. His $10,000 cash bond continues.
Roger L. Cruz, 39, Lena, made an initial appearance on a charge of repeated strangulation and suffocation. He was arrested Oct. 6 in Lena. He also faces charges of battery and disorderly conduct from the same incident. His appearance will continue Nov. 12, and a $1,000 cash bond was set. He is to have no alcohol or illegal drugs and no contact with the alleged victim.
