Brett A. Duffek

Brett A. Duffek, 56, of Bowler, passed away on Sunday, May 31, 2015, in Bowler. Brett was born in Milwaukee on Nov. 20, 1958, to the late Frederick J. and Tena M. (Vele) Duffek. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Stout with a bachelor’s degree in packaging engineering. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and model trains. Brett is survived by his siblings, John (Karen) Duffek, of Colgate, Marsha (Ed) Denzer, of Michigan, Ronda Duffek, of Oak Creek, his twin, Barry (Kimberly) Duffek, of Bowler, Liza Duffek, of Bowler, and Gregg (Jill) Duffek, of Bowler. He is further survived by aunts, uncles, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Teresa Behnke. Visitation will be held at Swedberg Funeral Home in Gresham on Wednesday, June 3, 2015, from 4-7 p.m. and again at the funeral home on Thursday, June 4, 2015, from 10-11:30 a.m., when the procession leaves for the cemetery.
