Manawa Grand Finale
Manawa won the girls events, and Weyauwega-Fremont won the boys events at Manawa.
For the girls, it was Manawa with 144 team points, Weyauwega-Fremont 108, Bonduel 97, Lena/St. Thomas Aquinas Academy 97, Wittenberg-Birnamwood 94, Marion/Tigerton 70, Gresham/Bowler 40 and Wolf River Lutheran 17.
For the boys, scores were Weyauwega-Fremont 189.5, Bonduel 162, Manawa 113, Lena/St. Thomas Aquinas Academy 72, Marion/Tigerton 58, Wittenberg-Birnamwood 53.5, Gresham/Bowler 41 and Wolf River Lutheran 10.
Top finishes for the girls included:
Bonduel: Peyton Westrich, 400-meter dash, first, 59.65; Lillian Burrack, 1,600-meter run, first, 5:52.19.
Lena/St. Thomas Aquinas Academy: Brynn Heise, high jump, first, 4 feet, 10 inches; Abby Kostreva, triple jump, first, 33-2.
Wittenberg-Birnamwood: Eleanor Tassler, 100-meter dash, first, 13.46; Harper Rogowski, 800-meter run, first, 2:26.57; Harper Krull, 100-meter hurdles, first, 16.94; Krull, 300-meter hurdles, first, 40.19; 4x400 relay team of Deajah Cornelius, Krull, Rogowski and Tassler, first, 4:25.55; Krull, long jump, first, 16-3.
Marion/Tigerton: 4x75 relay team, first, 45.12.
Gresham/Bowler: 4x75 relay team, third; Emily Jensen, shot put, third; Jensen, discus, third.

For the boys, top finishes included:

Marion/Tigerton: Tristan Herro, high jump, first, 6-0.
Wittenberg-Birnamwood: Logan Gibson, 100-meter dash, second; Gibson, triple jump, second.
Gresham/Bowler: 4x200 relay team of Riley Hohensee, Cody Mehlberg, Ethan May and Leif Steffen, first, 1:44.51.
Wolf River Lutheran: Caleb Bohmbach, 110-meter hurdles, fourth.
Jeff Braun Memorial Throwers Meet
Six teams competed in Pulaski with Noelle Manning of the Red Raiders winning the discus and the shot put.
In the discus, she had a throw of 122 feet, 5.5 inches, and in the shot put, her distance was 36-2.
For the boys, Mason Skenadore placed third in the discus and the shot put.
Shawano’s Drew Chelberg won discus at 139-0.75. Joseph Doperalski was fourth in the shot put.
For the girls, Nya Huntington took fifth in the discus and eighth in the shot put.
Competing for Gillett’s boys, Jed Herzog was 13th in the shot put, and Mason Herzog was 14th in the discus.
