Bonduel boys win among D3 teams in Shawano

Menominee Nation’s Bryant Waupoose III placed fourth with a time of 17:10.2 among Division 2 boys running in Shawano.

Teammate Cashius Reevis was 25th with a time of 20:16.6.

Shawano’s Josiah Kuehl was seventh in 17:58.4, and Teagan Harkey was 10th in 18:10.7. Quinten Harkey placed 11th in 18:12.4, and Beckett Hendricks was 12th in 18:20.2. Aloysius Frechette finished in 15th place in 18:44.8.

As a team, the Hawks were second with 50 points.

For the girls, Shawano’s Mikelah Powers led her team by finishing seventh in 22:48.2. She was joined by Madilyn Powers, 1oth, 23:08.1; Lorelei Hancock, 12th, 23:27.1; McKenna Miller, 21st, 24:28.1; and Molly Hanson, 22nd, 24:51.7.

The team collected 70 points and placed third.

For Menominee Nation, Kaylee Nacotee was 30th in 27:54.8, and Elaine Skenadore was 31st in 31:31.7.

Gillett’s Noah Soper won the Division 3 boys race in 17:23.2. He was joined by Braxton, Valley, 23rd, 22:272.; Henry Schaal, 28th, 23:26; Nolan Van Donsal, 30th, 23:30.3; and Brandon Slatky, 31st, 23:55.9.

Bonduel’s Gage Anderson finished second in 17:48.3 and joined by Oliver Chitwood, fourth, 18:49.3; Garrett Anderson, fifth, 18:54.6; Joah Dworniczak, eighth, 10:48.5; and Griffin Richter, ninth, 19:57.1.

Gresham-Bowler’s Caleb Putnam placed seventh in 19:20.4. Blaze Ejnik was 29th in 23:30.3, and Mason Pyatskowit placed 33rd in 25:53.1.

Marion’s Breckin Gleason finished 12th in 20:36.6.

Charles Richard, of Suring, was 13th in 20:46. Blake DeGrave was 17th in 21:16.1, and Riley. Thomson was 20th in 22:00.6. Garrett School placed 24th in 22:47.4.

Bonduel won as a team with 26 points, and Gillett was fourth with 88.

For the girls, Bonduel, Suring and Gillett runners captured five of the top 10 spots.

Bonduel: Lillian Burrack, third, 21:06.9; Amelia Wilcox, ninth, 22:54.3; Payten Bierhals, 15th, 24:$6.7; Kember Frome, 18th, 26:18.5; Katie O’Brien, 21st, 27:59.9.

Suring: Natalie Seibert, fourth, 22:17.5.

Gillett: Amanda Pate, fifth, 22:21.3; Hope Soper, eighth, 22:31.9; Halle Wendorff, 14th, 24:29.7; Bayli Holub, 17th, 26:11.6; Maggie Kaczmarek, 26th, 29:55.6.

Wolf River Lutheran: Violet Buchholz, 12th, 23:44.3.

Marion: Brooklyn Ahlers, 13th, 24:15.

Gresham-Bowler: Aubrey Miller, 31st, 33:49.8.

Bonduel’s team placed second with 50 points, and Gillett was third with 51.

Roncalli Schmitt/Schneider Invite

Pulaski’s Maggie Gerth won the girls race in Manitowoc, while the top five Pulaski boys and girls runners finished in the top 25 among 17 teams.

Gerth finished with a time of 18:46.92.

She was followed by Addie Bruckert, seventh, 21:22.17; Cameran Reiss, 12th, 22:41.42; Ellie Murphy, 20th, 23:42.11; and Estella Vieaux, 25th, 24:25.03.

Grayden Gossen placed second, and Mitchell Pilon was fourth for the boys. Gossen had a time of 17:26.14, and Pilon’s time was 17:58.61.

Also, Paxton Marshall was 18th in 19:22.6, Carter Ryskowski was 20th in 19:52.16, and Ben Augustine was 24th in 19:58.57.
