Barb A. Nockerts, 73, Oconto Falls, found peace on Thursday, Oct. 15, 2015. She was born to the late Clarence and Anna Beaumia on July 16, 1942.
Barb married Edwin L. Nockerts, and the couple resided in Green Bay for many years until moving to Oconto Falls. Edwin preceded Barb in death. She enjoyed sewing, crocheting, knitting, crafts and spending time with family, especially playing cards with her granddaughter. Barb was a member of St. Anthony’s Catholic Church, Oconto Falls.
Surviving are a daughter, Donna Rowell, of Oconto Falls; granddaughter, Tianna Rowell-Brown; one brother, George Beaumia; two sisters, Anna Renel and Gloria Beaumia; and many other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Bob and James Beaumia, and one sister, Betty Bostedt.
The family greeted relatives and friends Tuesday, Oct. 20, at the Rhodes-Charapata Funeral Home, 121 Chicago St., Oconto, from 5 p.m. until the time of the memorial service at 7 p.m. with Deacon Walt Kaszynski officiating. Barb was placed to rest at Nicolet Memorial Gardens, Green Bay.
