• Carolyn C. Groshek, 41, Tigerton, pleaded no contest March 2 to manufacturing with intent to deliver amphetamine, two counts of possession of methamphetamine and two counts of felony bail jumping. Judge William Kussel Jr. sentenced her to seven years in prison followed by eight years of extended supervision with conditions.
• Danzel L. Garris, 34, Green Bay, pleaded no contest March 3 to possession of narcotic drugs. Kussel withheld sentencing and placed him on one year of probation with conditions.
• Robert W. Harris, 55, Merrill, pleaded guilty March 3 to driving or operating a vehicle without consent, three counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor charges of resisting/failing to stop, resisting or obstructing an officer, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of bail jumping. Kussel sentenced him to six months in county jail.
• Harley J. Messer, 41, Birnamwood, pleaded no contest March 4 to possession of narcotic drugs and maintaining a drug trafficking place. Kussel withheld sentencing and placed him on two years of probation with conditions.
• Kymaree C. Szymanski, 26, Green Bay, pleaded no contest Jan. 6 to felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor charge of operating while revoked. Judge Katherine Sloma sentenced her March 5 to 90 days in county jail.
• Glenn J. Boivin, 47, Neopit, pleaded no contest March 2 to exposing a child to harmful materials and child neglect. Kussel sentenced him to one year in county jail, time deemed served.
• Brad L. Schmidt, 50, Shawano, pleaded no contest March 3 to misdemeanor charges of battery and disorderly conduct. A related felony count was dismissed but read into the record in a plea agreement. Kussel withheld sentencing and placed him on one year of probation with conditions.
• Robert S. Powless, 40, Shawano, had his probation revoked Jan. 16 from a 2023 conviction for possession of a firearm by a person convicted of a felony. Kussel sentenced him March 4 to three years in prison followed by three years of extended supervision with conditions.
• Keon Lonnie Hines, 27, Menasha, was charged March 2 with threatening to cause bodily harm to certain individuals involved with a court or legal system, harassing a police/fire animal, two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer. Sloma set a $5,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for March 12.
• Jose H. Arliquin, 41, Bowler, was charged March 2 with felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer. Sloma set a $250 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for May 18.
• Karlee J. Waukau, 21, Keshena, was charged March 2 with fleeing an officer in her vehicle, second-degree recklessly endangering safety, and misdemeanor counts of resisting or obstructing an officer and bail jumping. Sloma set a $1,000 signature bond. In a separate file, Waukau was charged with driving or operating a vehicle without consent. Sloma set a $250 signature bond and scheduled a status conference in both cases for March 12.
• Austin Lee Waupoose, 25, Shawano, was charged March 2 with possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Sloma set a $250 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for March 13.
• Sylvia A. Segura, 58, Appleton, was charged March 2 with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fifth or sixth offense). Sloma set a $1,000 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for April 23.
• Houston John Hawpetoss, 21, Keshena, was charged March 3 with battery to certain individuals involved with a court or legal system and a misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer. Sloma set a $1,000 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for May 4.
• Nagih I. Nickey, 30, Shawano, was charged March 4 with possession of narcotic drugs and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Sloma set a $5,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for March 11.
• David T. Smith, 43, Keshena, was charged March 5 with felony bail jumping and two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping. Sloma set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for March 24.
