• Bruce G. Cornelius, 39, Neopit, pleaded no contest Oct. 20 to operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fifth offense), four counts of felony bail jumping, two misdemeanor charges of operating while revoked and a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Judge Katherine Sloma sentenced him Feb. 9 to three years in prison followed by five years of extended supervision with conditions.
• Lynn M. Pyatskowit, 43, Shawano, pleaded no contest Feb. 9 to substantial battery intending bodily harm and a misdemeanor charge of battery. Sloma withheld sentencing and placed her on four years of probation with conditions.
• Alyiah T. Laforge, 19, Green Bay, pleaded no contest Feb. 12 to possession of narcotic drugs. Judge William Kussel Jr. levied fines and court costs and sentenced her to nine months in county jail.
• Todd A. Corn, 37, Shawano, pleaded no contest Feb. 9 to three counts of threatening to cause bodily harm to certain individuals involved with a court or legal system and three counts of felony bail jumping. Sloma withheld sentencing and placed him on three years of probation with conditions, including five months in county jail.
• Joshua M. Healy, 40, Wittenberg, pleaded no contest Feb. 12 to possession of methamphetamine and felony bail jumping. Kussel imposed and stayed a prison sentence, then placed him on four years of probation.
• Daniel N. Blackowl, 36, Keshena, had his deferred prosecution agreement canceled from a 2023 conviction on three counts of misdemeanor bail jumping and a misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct. Sloma sentenced him Feb. 11 to nine months in county jail, time deemed served.
• Jason K. Pyawasit Peters, 27, Keshena, pleaded no contest Feb. 12 to burglary while armed with a dangerous weapon, possession of narcotic drugs, fleeing an officer in his vehicle, felony bail jumping, two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping and two misdemeanor charges of operating while revoked. Sloma sentenced him to five years in prison followed by five years of extended supervision with conditions.
• Summer R. Mann, 24, pleaded guilty Feb. 13 to misdemeanor charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. The drug possession charge was amended from a felony in a plea agreement. Sloma levied fines and court costs totalling $1,162.75.
• Desiree M. Dominiczak, 26, a Green Bay woman serving a sentence at Taycheedah Correctional Institution, pleaded no contest Feb. 12 to possession of methamphetamine. Sloma sentenced her to 120 days in county jail concurrent with her current term.
• Shayleece N. Miller, 25, Shawano, was charged Feb. 9 with substantial battery intending bodily harm, three counts of misdemeanor bail jumping and a misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct. Kussel set a $1,000 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for March 31.
• Marena F. Pamenet, 34, Keshena, was charged Feb. 9 with possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor counts of bail jumping, possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia. Kussel set a $1,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Feb. 12.
• Jackson V. Zhuckkahosee, 17, Keshena, was charged Feb. 10 with felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of retail theft. Kussel set a $1,000 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for March 31.
• Kyle J. Szydlowski, 28, Shawano, was charged Feb. 10 with four counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of retail theft. Kussel set a $1,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Feb. 19.
• Jason D. Kluck, 40, Rothschild, was charged Feb. 12 with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fifth or sixth offense). Kussel set a $3,000 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for March 26.
• Tracy A. Belanger, 54, Green Bay, was charged Feb. 13 with possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Sloma set a $2,000 signature bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for March 2.
• Leotis D. Matson, 33, Oneida, was charged Feb. 13 with three counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer. Sloma set a $2,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Feb. 23.
• Adam J. Rogge, 18, Gresham, was charged Feb. 13 with three counts of felony bail jumping and three misdemeanor counts of resisting or obstructing an officer. Sloma set a $1,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Feb. 19.
