• Nathaniel G. Long, 32, Shawano, pleaded guilty Feb. 2 to maintaining a drug trafficking place. Judge William Kussel Jr. levied fines and court costs totaling $1,788.
• Ashauntee M. Smith, 23, Keshena, pleaded no contest Feb. 2 to three misdemeanor charges of possession of THC. Two counts were amended from felonies in a plea agreement. Kussel levied fines and court costs totaling $1,640.50.
• Antonio J. Kakwitch, 23, Keshena, pleaded no contest Feb. 5 to two counts of possession of narcotic drugs, felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor charge of possession of THC. Judge Katherine Sloma levied fines and court costs and sentenced him to one year in the county jail.
• Nickolas D. Kunchick, 30, Clintonville, pleaded no contest Feb. 4 to battery by prisoner, substantial battery intending bodily harm, possession of methamphetamine and five counts of felony bail jumping. Sloma sentenced him to three years in prison followed by three years of extended supervision with conditions.
• Brand B. Biller, 36, an Appleton man serving a sentence at Oshkosh Correctional Institution, pleaded no contest Feb. 5 to burglary to a building or dwelling and burglary while armed with a dangerous weapon. Sloma sentenced him to five years in prison followed by five years of extended supervision with conditions.
• James J. Jerzak, 41, Stevens Point, pleaded no contest Feb. 3 to possession of methamphetamine. Sloma imposed and stayed a jail sentence and placed him on three years of probation with conditions.
• Zachary R. Wincentsen, 27, Shawano, was charged Feb. 3 with four counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Sloma set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Feb. 19.
• Shyla L. Vele, 34, Bowler, was charged Feb. 3 with battery by prisoner, prisoner expelling bodily substances and eight counts of felony bail jumping. Sloma set a $5,000 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for April 27.
• Selena M. Cloud, 22, Suring, was charged Feb. 4 with two counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of possession of THC and resisting or obstructing an officer. Sloma set a $300 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Feb. 11.
• Allison Tia Bailey, 35, Shawano, was charged Feb. 4 with child abuse involving a high probability of great harm and second-degree sexual assault of a child. Sloma set a $1,000 cash bond and adjourned her initial appearance until March 24.
• Justin T. Okimosh, 33, Shawano, was charged Feb. 6 with three counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of battery. Sloma set a $750 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Feb. 18.
• Paul George Van Dyck, 64, Shawano, was charged Feb. 6 with strangulation and suffocation and misdemeanor counts of battery and disorderly conduct. Sloma set a $1,500 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for April 6.
