Reevis leads Eagles in all stats in win over Amherst

Menominee Nation 63, Amherst 48

Urijah Reevis led the Eagles in points, rebounds, blocks, steals and assists in the Menominee Nation’s 63-48 CWC-East win over Amherst.

Reevis scored 21 points, pulled down eight rebounds, and had four blocks, five steals and seven assists.

Keira Nacotee scored 14 points, and Cecilia Grignon added nine.

Natalie Peters had five rebounds, a block, a steal and two assists. Taylesia Pamonicutt notched three rebounds.

Dacey Webster was credited with one assist.

The Eagles improved to 3-3 in league play and 12-4 overall.

Bonduel 52, Oconto 50 (OT)

Bonduel needed an overtime period to defeat Oconto 52-50 in a nonconference game.

The Bears are 14-2 overall.

Little Chute 41, Oconto Falls 38

Twice during the second half, Oconto Falls went streaks where they didn’t score while giving up double digits to Little Chute. The Panthers battled back both times, but in the end, they came up short in a 41-38 loss to the Mustangs.

Little Chute led 21-18 at the half, and both teams scored 20 points after the intermission.

The North Eastern Conference loss dropped Oconto Falls to 1-6 (4-11 overall), while Little Chute improved to 5-3 (11-4 overall).
