Antigo 4, Rhinelander 1
The Red Robins are 5-4 in the Great Northern Conference and 12-6 overall following a 4-1 win over Rhinelander.
A scoreless first period gave way at 9:54 in the second period when Antigo’s Billy Portman scored with Richie Veriha assisting. The Hodags tied the game just two minutes later.
The Red Robins collected three goals int he final period, with the first coming unassisted by Ethan Novy at 2:15. Novy and Parker Chaney assisted Liam Burt on a goal at 4:45. Novy scored his second goal at 13:25, with Chaney assisting.
Red Robins goalie Austin Martinson collected 25 saves, and Hodags goalie Connor McGee gathered up 22.
Antigo was penalized three times for six minutes, while Rhinelander served four minutes in the box for two penalties.
Bay Area 6, West Bend 1
Bay Area improved to 7-10-1 overall with a 6-1 nonconference win over West Bend.
