The Blue Devils trailed by double digits and steadily closed the gap as the game wound down, but the Panthers held on for a slim 64-63 win.
Oconto Falls led 35-29 at the half. In the second half, the Panthers expanded their lead only to see Oconto fight back. The Panthers went on another scoring spree to take the big lead, only to see Oconto come back again, but this time the clock ran out on the comeback.
Jameson Beaman led Oconto Falls with 18 points, with Carson McDermid knocking down 17 and J.J. Pytleski scoring 13.
Pytleski nine rebounds and a steal. Brady Bursa had seven rebounds and a steal, while Beaman had six rebounds and a steal.
McDermid led with seven assists, while Pytleski added four and Beaman had one.
