• Arianah Rose Dawson, 19, Pulaski, pleaded guilty Jan. 26 to possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Judge Michael Judge approved a deferred judgment agreement on the felony count. For the misdemeanor, he withheld sentencing and placed her on one year of probation with conditions.

• Joseph D. Cribb, 47, a Green Bay man serving a sentence at the Brown County Jail, pleaded no contest Jan. 26 to possession of methamphetamine. Judge withheld sentencing and placed him on two years of probation with conditions.

• Zachariah C. Diedrich, Oconto, pleaded no contest Jan. 27 to misdemeanor charges of battery and two counts of disorderly conduct. a related felony charge was dismissed but read into the record. Judge Jay Conley withheld sentencing and placed him on two years of probation with conditions.

• Conley granted a prosecution motion Jan. 27 to dismiss charges against Shannon May Tourtillot, 35, Keshena, due to her continued inability to assist in her own defense a year after the case was suspended.

• Melina Kathryn Isabel Herr, 24, pleaded no contest to possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct, possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia. Three related felony charges were dismissed in a plea agreement. Judge withheld sentencing and placed her on two years of probation with conditions.

• Stefanie Mycle Pratsch, 42, pleaded no contest Jan. 28 to possession of methamphetamine. Judge levied fines and costs and sentenced her to 121 days, time served, in the county jail.

• Richard P. Baldwin, 22, Milwaukee, had his probation revoked Sept. 26 from a 2023 conviction for possession of methamphetamine and felony bail jumping. Judge sentenced him Jan. 29 to one year in the county jail with credit for 226 days already served.

• David G. Trepanier, 51, Oconto, was charged Jan. 26 with possession of methamphetamine, felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of possession of THC. Conley set a $1,000 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until Feb. 12.

• Amber Ann Marie Casselbury, 34, Oconto, was charged Jan. 26 with possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor count of possession of THC. Conley set a $500 cash bond and adjourned her initial appearance until Feb. 12.

• James J. Desotelle, 58, Oconto Falls, was charged Jan. 26 with strangulation and suffocation and misdemeanor counts of battery and disorderly conduct. Conley set a $5,000 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until Feb. 12.

• Jason R. Hansel, 42, Suring, was charged Jan. 27 with felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Conley set a $500 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until Feb. 12.
