• Carla Ann Shafman, 32, Hancock, pleaded no contest Jan. 22 to child abuse recklessly causing harm. Judge Jay Conley approved a deferred judgment agreement withholding a guilty finding for 18 months if conditions are met.
• Tristan Joseph Wager, 48, an Oconto man serving a sentence at Dodge Correctional Institution in Waupun, pleaded no contest Jan. 22 to operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fifth or sixth offense). Judge Michael Judge sentenced him to an additional 18 months in prison followed by two years of extended supervision with conditions.
• Bridget M. Poquette, 37, Oconto, pleaded no contest Jan. 23 to a misdemeanor charge of theft. A related felony count was dismissed but read into the record in a plea agreement. Judge withheld sentencing and placed her on one year of probation with conditions.
• Robert A. Bacher, 18, Suring, pleaded guilty Jan. 23 to a misdemeanor charge of taking and driving a vehicle without consent. The charge was amended from a felony in a plea agreement. Conley withheld sentencing an placed him on one year of probation with conditions.
• Reilly J. McFadden, 27, Oconto, pleaded no contest Jan. 23 to two counts of disorderly conduct and one count of theft, all misdemeanors. One of the charges was amended from a felony in a plea agreement. Judge withheld sentencing and placed him on two years of probation with conditions.
• Tara L. Dehut, 38, New Holstein, pleaded no contest Jan. 23 to possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor bail jumping. Conley sentenced her to 16 months in prison followed by two years of extended supervision with conditions.
• Lewis Mitchell Dick, 34, Shawano, was charged Jan. 20 with felony bail jumping, misdemeanor bail jumping, and misdemeanor counts of operating a motor vehicle while his license was revoked and violating an ignition interlock device order. Judge set a $500 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until Feb. 12.
• Paige N. Belongia (Klivickis), 32, Oconto, was charged Jan. 20 with possession of THC (second or subsequent offense), felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Judge set a $1,000 cash bond and adjourned her initial appearance until Feb. 12.
• Caleb M. Barnes, 30, Gillett, was charged Jan. 20 with second-degree recklessly endangering safety and misdemeanor counts of endangering safety through use of a dangerous weapon, disorderly conduct and two counts of battery. Judge set a $20,000 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until Feb. 12.
