• Robert T. Albert II, 53, Stephenson, Michigan, pleaded no contest Oct. 7 to a misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct. Three felony counts were dismissed in a plea agreement. Judge Michael Judge levied fines and sentenced him to 12 days time served in county jail.
• Donne Joseph Hansen III, 38, Green Bay, pleaded no contest Oct. 7 to misdemeanor charges of criminal damage to property, unlawful phone use to threaten harm and bail jumping. The criminal damage charge was amended from a felony in a plea agreement. Judge Jay Conley imposed and stayed a one-year jail sentence and placed him on two years of probation with conditions.
• Jacob Ronald Umland, 30, a Gillett man serving a sentence at the Oconto County Jail, pleaded no contest Aug. 18 to chronic neglect of a child. Conley sentenced him to 18 months in prison followed by three years of extended supervision with conditions.
• Joshua Travis Stroik, 46, Shawano, was charged Oct. 6 with fleeing an officer in his vehicle and misdemeanor counts of operating while revoked, violating an ignition interlock device order and possession of THC. Conley set a $750 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until Oct. 16.
• Dylan A. Hrabik, 25, Oconto, was charged Oct. 10 with felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Conley set a $1,500 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until Oct. 16.
