Gladys Pleshek, 101, of the Wisconsin Veterans Home, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 17, 2025.

She was born in Gresham on March 21, 1924, to the late William and Lena (Neumeier) Otto. On Nov. 9, 1946, she married Joseph Pleshek; he preceded her in death Oct. 28, 2016. She enjoyed her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Gladys was a member of St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Weyauwega.

Karen F. McKenna, of Shawano, passed away Monday, March 2, 2026, in Appleton.

Charlotte Lewis

Charlotte Ruth Lewis, 84, passed away peacefully March 2, 2026, in Oconto Falls.

She was born Jan. 31, 1942, in Detroit to the late Kleber and Eva Jane (Frye) Andre. On July 30, 1959, Charlotte married the love of her life, Harold Lewis, in Milwaukee. He later preceded her in death March 7, 2024.

Judy Ama

Judy Mae Ama, 84, of Oconto Falls, passed away Feb. 25, 2026.

She was born May 29, 1941, to Frank and Alice (Severson) Bublitz. Judy graduated from Gillett High School with the class of 1959. On May 29, 1970, she married Dario Ama at Bethel Lutheran Church in Green Valley.

Shirley Peterson

On the morning of Feb. 21, 2026, Shirley Jean (Elbe) Peterson, 91, left this world better than she found it, peacefully and surrounded by the love of the family she so faithfully nurtured.

A lifelong resident of Oconto Falls, Shirley was born Nov. 17, 1934, to Gust and Margaret (Coppens) Elbe. From her earliest days, she carried a quiet strength, steadfast faith and gentle kindness that would come to define her life.

Loretta Hohner

Loretta Rose (Koeller) Hohner, 86, passed away Feb. 9, 2026, in Smithfield, Virginia, where she resided the last few years.

Born on May 12, 1939, to Alvin and Dorothy (Rambo) Koeller in Shawano, where she was raised, she graduated from Shawano High School in 1957. Upon graduation, she moved to Washington, D.C., to work for the Navy Department.

Jacqueline ‘Jacque’ Fedders

Jacqueline “Jacque” Fedders, recently of Port Washington, passed away on the morning of Sunday, Feb. 1, 2026.

She was born Nov. 25, 1936, to Edward and Myrtle Von Gonten, of Racine. Jacque was many things, including a fantastic gardener, hostess and card player.

On June 23, 1956, she was married to her first and only sweetheart, Harlan Fedders.
