Prevea Health is pleased to welcome Kaitlyn Sharboneau, to the team of primary care physicians and providers at HSHS St. Clare Memorial Hospital Prevea Health Centers in Oconto Falls, Suring, Gillett, Mountain and Lena.
As a family nurse practitioner, Sharboneau specializes in routine care for children and adults, preventive medicine, health maintenance, medication management, and acute and chronic disease management. She earned a Master of Science in nursing from Bellin College and is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
“My approach to providing quality patient care is to personalize care for each of my patients to treat the whole person, not just their medical diagnoses,” said Sharboneau. “I strive to develop strong patient-provider relationships with each individual to work together to manage their health.”
