• Baldwin C. Framnes, 24, Gillett, was found guilty at a Nov. 4 jury trial of second-degree sexual assault of an unconscious victim and felony bail jumping. Judge Michael Judge sentenced him Feb. 2 to six years in prison followed by five years of extended supervision with conditions.

• Adam K. Couzzo, 42, Green Bay, pleaded no contest Feb. 4 to a misdemeanor count of theft. A related felony charge was dismissed but read into the record in a plea agreement. Judge Jay Conley imposed and stayed a jail sentence and placed him on one year of probation with conditions.

• Rachel Nicole Miller, 36, Green Bay, pleaded no contest Feb. 2 to possession of narcotic drugs and a misdemeanor charge of bail jumping. Judge imposed and stayed a prison sentence, then placed her on two years of probation with conditions.

• Tyler J. Wolf, 36, Oconto, pleaded no contest Feb. 2 to operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fourth offense). Judge imposed and stayed a prison sentence and placed him on three years of probation with conditions.

• Kyle Ray Kocha, 31, Oconto, was charged Feb. 4 with felony bail jumping, misdemeanor bail jumping, and misdemeanor counts of battery and disorderly conduct. Judge set a $1,000 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until Feb. 12.

• Jacob F. Cruz, 37, Marinette, was charged Feb. 4 with battery to individuals involved with a legal or court system, possession of amphetamine or LSD, and misdemeanor counts of resisting or obstructing an officer, carrying a concealed knife and disorderly conduct. Judge set a $5,000 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until Feb. 12.
