The general election for the Menominee Tribal Legislature was held Jan. 14–15, resulting in the election of three candidates to three-year terms.
Elected were Marcus Grignon with 319 votes, Daynell Grignon with 310 and Kaycee Wayka with 260, according to the Tribal Election Commission.
Other candidates and their vote totals were Craig Corn 202, Margaret Snow 176, John J. O’Kimosh 158, Gunnar Peters 114 and Michelle Pocan-Gonzalez 95.
