Ellayna Skarban recorded 10 attack kills and Chloe Schroeder tallied 27 assists as Suring defeated Wausaukee 3-0 on Oct. 7.
Game scores were 25-10, 25-17, 25-17.
Skarban added two digs, and Schroeder had one attack kill and one dig.
Lexis Remic contributed seven attack kills, four digs, a blocked kill and an assist. Aliya Cox had nine attack kills, three blocked kills, three digs and an assist.
Also contributing were Grace Christensen with five attack kills, two digs and a blocked kill; Karissa Hischke with one blocked kill, one attack kill and one dig; and Aleena Broetzman with four digs.
Schroeder, Christensen and Addison Frank each had one service ace.
Tigerton 3, Gresham 0
Tigerton hosted CWC rival Gresham in a hard-fought battle, ending with a Tigers 3-0 win with set scores of 25-17, 25-20, 25-21.
“This win meant a lot as the CWC is winding down and we are in a fight for one of the top spots,” said Tigerton coach Holly Meverden. “I am so very proud of how much the girls are taking it upon themselves and stepping up their game.”
Renata Nordwig and Jaelyn Brady had eight digs each, with Aaliyah Lederhaus adding six, and Myah Dent contributing five.
Danika Tiller tallied 12 assists.
Presley Stewart Rolfs had 14 kills, and Lederhaus had five.
Mya Smith had a pair of blocked kills.
Nordwig had 12 service points with three aces. Brady had 11 service points. Lederhaus and Stewart-Rolfs contributed six service points with two aces each, and Tiller had six service points and an ace.
Tigerton improved to 6-2 in CWC play and 10-6 overall.

The Amherst volleyball team won a home conference match against Menominee Nation 3-0.
Game scores were 25-10, 25-23, 25-13.
Wittenberg-Birnamwood 3, Weyauwega-Fremont 0
The Chargers won 3-0 at home against the Warhawks.
Wittenberg-Birnamwood topped Weyauwega-Fremont by game scores of 25-23, 25-14, 25-17.
The Chargers are 5-1 in conference games and 19-9 overall.
