• Mequan Corn, 48, Keshena, pleaded no contest Feb. 24 to failure to report to county jail. Judge Katherine Sloma sentenced him Aug. 17 to 126 days in county jail, time deemed served.
• Alexis M. Waukechon, 22, Keshena, pleaded no contest Aug. 18 to battery or threat to a judge, prosecutor or law enforcement officer and misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct and resisting or obstructing an officer. Sloma withheld sentencing and placed her on three years of probation with conditions.
• Danielle D. Tucker, 40, Shawano, pleaded no contest June 25 to possession of narcotic drugs, possession of methamphetamine, 31 counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor charges of two counts of retail theft, taking and drive a vehicle without consent, possession of THC, possession of an illegally obtained prescription, resisting or obstructing an officer, violating an ignition interlock device order, two counts of operating while revoked and possession of drug paraphernalia. Judge William Kussel Jr. withheld sentencing Aug. 19 and placed her on four years of probation with conditions including 180 days in county jail.
• Leslie N. Gauthier, 29, Shawano, pleaded no contest Aug. 13 to two counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (second offense), operating while revoked, and bail jumping. Sloma levied fines and court costs and sentenced her to 180 days in county jail.
• Katherine N. Radandt, 40, a Weston woman serving a sentence at Taycheedah Correctional Institution in Fond du Lac, pleaded no contest Aug. 17 to possession of methamphetamine and possession of narcotic drugs. Judge Gregory Jerabek sentenced her to 12 months in county jail.
• Elizabeth L. Harrison, 19, Gresham, pleaded no contest April 7 to possession of methamphetamine, possession of narcotic drugs, possession of an illegal article, 10 counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor charges of retail theft, disorderly conduct and two counts of resisting or obstructing an officer. Sloma imposed and stayed a prison sentence, then placed her on three years of probation with conditions.
• Skylar Leemichael Allman, 19, Marinette, had his probation revoked June 5 from a February conviction for substantial battery intending bodily harm. Sloma sentenced him Aug. 18 to one year in prison followed by two years of extended supervision with conditions.
• Ricky L. Potter, 63, Oshkosh, pleaded guilty Aug. 18 to a forfeiture violation of possession of drug paraphernalia. A related felony charge was dismissed in a plea agreement. Kussel levied fines and court costs of $330.50.
• Mitchell A. Waukau, 23, Keshena, was charged Aug. 19 with possession of narcotic drugs, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia to manufacture or store methamphetamine, eight counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Sloma set a $2,000 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Sept. 8.
• August F. Klitzka, 71, Tigerton, was charged Aug. 20 with first-degree sexual assault of a child younger than 13. Huber set a $200,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Aug. 28.
• Anthony L. Perez, 41, Shawano, was charged Aug. 21 with six counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of operating while revoked. Sloma set an $1,800 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Aug. 27.
• Delia M. Ortega, 33, Green Bay, was charged Aug. 17 with second-degree sexual assault, battery by a prisoner, three counts of misdemeanor bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Sloma set a $5,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Aug. 24.
• Scott A. Jeske, 42, Bonduel, was charged Aug. 17 with possession of methamphetamine and three counts of misdemeanor bail jumping. Sloma set a $750 signature bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Sept. 2.
• Wade A. Waupoose, 61, Shawano, was charged Aug. 17 with two counts of felony bail jumping. Sloma set a $1,200 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Aug. 24.
• George M. Wilm, 83, Shawano, was charged Aug. 17 with fleeing an officer in his vehicle, second-degree recklessly endangering safety and misdemeanor counts of criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct. Sloma set a $5,000 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for Oct. 6.
