• Glory A. Johnson, 38, Denmark, pleaded no contest Aug. 10 to two counts of possession of methamphetamine, two counts of felony bail jumping throwing or discharging bodily fluids at a public safety worker or prosecutor, and three misdemeanor charges of resisting or obstructing an officer. Judge William Kussel Jr. withheld sentencing and placed her on three years of probation with conditions.
• Jeremy W. Waubanascum, 37, Shawano, had his probation revoked Nov. 6 from a 2024 conviction for seven counts of felony bail jumping, misdemeanor charges of battery, three counts of disorderly conduct, resisting or obstructing an officer and encouraging a parole/probation violation. Kussel sentenced him Aug. 10 to one year and nine months in county jail.
• Robert W. Carey, 53, Marion, had his probation revoked Feb. 2 from a 2023 conviction for two counts of second-degree recklessly endangering safety, one count of strangulation and suffocation, felony bail jumping, a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia and seven counts of misdemeanor bail jumping. Kussel sentenced him Aug. 12 to two years in prison followed by two years of extended supervision with conditions.
• Taylor D. Chevalier, 32, Antigo, pleaded no contest Aug. 10 to possession of narcotic drugs, felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor charge of possession of THC. Judge Katherine Sloma withheld sentencing and placed him on 18 months of probation with conditions.
• Juan Lagunes Zapata, 55, Cecil, pleaded no contest May 11 to causing mental harm to a child. Sloma imposed and stayed a prison sentence, then placed him on seven years of probation with conditions.
• Justin A. Schneider, 27, had his probation revoked May 19 from a February conviction for driving or operating a vehicle without consent. Sloma sentenced him Aug. 11 to one year in county jail.
• Leila C. Vele, 34, Bowler, pleaded no contest Aug. 11 to possession of drug paraphernalia to manufacture methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, five counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of theft and retail theft. Sloma sentenced her to six months in county jail.
• William C. Robinson, 36, Keshena, pleaded no contest Aug. 12 to two counts of felony bail jumping and two misdemeanor charges of operating while revoked. Kussel levied fines and sentenced him to 180 days in county jail.
• Kory L. Deacy, 35, Birnamwood, pleaded no contest Aug. 13 to a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. The charge was reduced from a felony count in a plea agreement. Sloma withheld sentencing and placed him on one year of probation with conditions.
• Trae A. Moede, 29, Bowler, pleaded no contest Aug. 11 to felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor charge of criminal damage to property. Kussel withheld sentencing and placed him on two years of probation with conditions.
• Lorna L. Odeen, 59, Green Bay, pleaded no contest Aug. 11 to two misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct and a misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer. One of the charges was amended from a felony in a plea agreement. Sloma withheld sentencing and placed her on one year of probation with conditions.
• Nagih I. Nickey, 31, Shawano, pleaded no contest Aug. 13 to possession of narcotic drugs. Kussel imposed and stayed a prison sentence, then placed him on three years of probation with conditions.
• Bryce J. Lamotte, 23, Shawano, was charged Aug. 10 with four counts of felony bail jumping and three counts of misdemeanor bail jumping. Sloma set a $2,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Aug. 19.
• Jenny M. Groth, 50, Clintonville, was charged Aug. 10 with substantial battery and misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct and bail jumping. Sloma set a $250 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Nov. 17.
• Chenice E. Olsen, 25, Gillett, was charged Aug. 10 with false imprisonment, as well as battery and disorderly conduct as a domestic abuse repeater. Sloma set a $2,500 signature bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Aug. 27.
• Paul J. Waubanascum, 49, Shawano, was charged Aug. 10 with driving or operating a vehicle without consent. Sloma set a $1,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Aug. 19.
• Leonard A. Traut, 37, Wausau, was charged July 27 with three counts of felony bail jumping. Sloma issued a bench warrant for his arrest after he failed to appear for his Aug. 11 initial hearing.
• Steven M. Harris, 41, Tigerton, was charged Aug. 13 with four counts of felony bail jumping. Sloma set a $5,000 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for Sept. 10.
• Jace M. Nacotee, 20, Keshena, was charged Aug. 14 with failure to report to jail. Sloma set a $100 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Aug. 27.
