• A jury on Oct. 8 found David H. Vondracek, 65, Tigerton, guilty of misdemeanor charges of battery and disorderly conduct. A verdict of not guilty was rendered for a related felony count. Judge William Kussel Jr. withheld sentencing Oct. 27 and placed him on two years of probation with conditions.
• Darius D. Peters, 33, Keshena, had his probation revoked Sept. 11 from a 2024 conviction of possession of narcotic drugs. Sloma sentenced him Oct. 28 to one year in county jail.
• Matthew W. Golnick, 29, Shawano, pleaded no contest Oct. 28 to a misdemeanor charge of bail jumping. A related felony charge was dismissed but read into the record in a plea agreement. Sloma levied fines and court costs totalling $1,083.
• Dylan J. Konitzer, 24, Shawano, pleaded no contest Oct. 28 to incest. Sloma sentenced him to five years in prison followed by five years of extended supervision.
• Joshua D. Alkula, 53, Shawano, pleaded no contest Oct. 27 to seven misdemeanor charges of theft by false representation. Some charges were amended from felonies in a plea agreement. Kussel withheld sentencing and placed him on three years of probation with conditions.
• Tashawnee D. Penass Kaquatosh, 28, Green Bay, pleaded no contest Oct. 31 to misdemeanor charges of possession of THC and bail jumping. One count was amended from a felony in a plea agreement. Kussel levied fines and court costs totalling $3,226.
• Thomas P. Rawnick, 61, Little Suamico, has his probation revoked May 14 from an April conviction for felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor charge of operating a motor vehicle without a valid license (third offense within three years). Sloma withheld sentencing Oct. 31 and placed him on three years of probation with conditions.
• Corisa M. Corn, 34, Shawano, pleaded no contest Oct. 31 to two counts of possession of narcotic drugs, two counts of felony bail jumping, and two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping. Sloma levied fines and sentenced her to 180 days in jail, time deemed served.
• Hunter A. Lampinen, 29, Shawano, pleaded no contest Oct. 31 to burglary to a building or dwelling and theft of movable property (special facts). Sloma withheld sentencing and placed him on five years of probation with conditions.
• Kenisha K. King, 27, Green Bay, was charged Oct. 27 with felony bail jumping. Kussel set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Nov. 10.
• Kevin P. Moran, 40, Shawano, was charged Oct. 27 with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia to manufacture or store methamphetamine, maintaining a drug trafficking place, 10 counts of felony bail jumping, and misdemeanor counts of possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia. Kussel set a $5,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Nov. 3.
• Dale J. McNamee, 65, Neenah, was charged Oct. 27 with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fourth offense) and a misdemeanor count of operating while revoked. Kussel set a $1,500 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Dec. 18.
• Quincy J. Peters, 22, Neopit, was charged Oct. 27 with fleeing an officer in his vehicle, two counts of first-degree recklessly endangering safety, three counts of felony bail jumping, and 15 counts of misdemeanor bail jumping. Kussel set a $7,500 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Oct. 28.
• Richard J. Frassetto, 76, Neenah, was charged Oct. 28 with second-degree recklessly endangering safety and a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Kussel set a $750 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Nov. 3.
• Stuart L. Long, 39, Shawano, was charged Oct. 28 with two counts of felony bail jumping, two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping, and misdemeanor counts of battery and disorderly conduct. Kussel set a $3,500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Oct. 31.
• Justin J. Miller, 22, Shawano, was charged Oct. 28 with felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of knowingly violating a domestic abuse order. Kussel set a $2,500 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for Jan. 13.
• Kraig J. Kolkowski, 33, Pulaski, was charged Oct. 29 with possession of a firearm in violation of a harassment injunction, possession with intent to deliver non-narcotic drugs, 15 counts of felony bail jumping, and misdemeanor counts of possession of amphetamine, possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia. Kussel set a $10,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Nov. 3.

• Shanna Rae S.B. Harrison, 43, Black River Falls, was charged Oct. 30 with two counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of credit card theft and credit card fraud. Kussel set a $1,500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Nov. 4.
