• Cody K. Race, 37, Pound, pleaded no contest June 24 to aggravated battery intending bodily harm. Judge Jay Conley sentenced him Aug. 11 to three and a half years in prison followed by three years of extended supervision with conditions.
• James E. McDonald, 37, Oconto, pleaded guilty Aug. 11 to a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. A related felony charge was dismissed but read into the record in a plea agreement. Conley sentenced him to 12 months in county jail.
• Christopher M. Chamberlain, 43, Prophetstown, Illinois, was charged Aug. 5 with criminal damage to property and a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Conley set a $1,500 cash bond Aug. 6 and adjourned his initial appearance until Oct. 15.
• Daryl L. Upton, 47, Cecil, was charged Aug. 10 with possession of methamphetamine. Schuchart set a $1,000 cash bond and adjourned her initial appearance until Oct. 15.
