Marjorie Mae Zillmer passed away peacefully at the age of 93 with her family by her side on Oct. 9, 2024. Marjorie Reminger Zillmer was born in Leopolis on Feb. 16, 1931.

Jean Johanna (Zemke) Bartholomew, 100 years of age, passed away peacefully on Oct. 10, 2024. She was born Oct. 8, 1924, in North Fond du Lac, the second child of the late Otto Zemke and Maureen Minahan. Jean’s mother, Maureen, died when Jean was only 3 years old, leaving behind her husband Otto, Jean, sister Betty and brother Robert.

David Evan Blythin, age 61, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, Oct. 15, 2024, at his home in Shawano. David was born on Jan. 24, 1963, in Cleveland, Ohio, to the late William and Norma (Gorski) Blythin. He graduated from Shawano High School in 1981, then received his bachelor’s degree in natural resources from Carthage College in 1985.

Bernice Birr (Schliep), 98, was born on her family’s farm in Abrams on Dec. 30, 1925, the youngest of seven children. A daughter of Albert and Augusta Schliep, she grew up on the farm, and like most children of that time, participated in many of the farm chores. On Oct.
