• Ronnie R. Collins, 53, Oconto Falls, pleaded no contest March 23 to two counts of felony bail jumping, three counts of misdemeanor bail jumping and misdemeanor charges of operating a firearm while intoxicated, disorderly conduct. Judge Michael Judge imposed and stayed a prison sentence, then placed him on two years of probation with conditions.

• Shawn C. Saeger Jr., 37, Mount Upton, New York, pleaded no contest Dec. 5 to possession of methamphetamine, felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor charge of sending a computer message threatening injury or harm. Judge Jay Conley withheld sentencing March 26 and placed him on two years of probation with conditions.

• Matthew L. Huettl, 34, a Townsend man serving a sentence at Stanley Correctional Institution, pleaded no contest March 27 to possession of methamphetamine. Judge sentenced him to 18 months in prison followed by two years of extended supervision with conditions.

• Matthew H. Stumpf, 38, Oconto, was charged March 23 with making terrorist threats and misdemeanor counts of resisting or obstructing an officer and disorderly conduct. Judge set a $5,000 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until April 16.

• Andrew J. Lemirande, 44, Oconto, was charged March 27 with possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor count of operating a motor vehicle while his license was revoked. Judge set a $2,000 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until April 16.

• Sarah Ann Behnke, 45, Oconto, was charged March 27 with possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor count of possession of an illegally obtained prescription. Judge set a $500 cash bond and adjourned her initial appearance until April 16.
