St. Norbert College
Aaron Gonnering, of Oconto Falls, and Lindsey Roloff, of Shawano, were recently initiated into The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi, the nation’s oldest and most selective all-discipline collegiate honor society. Gonnering and Roloff were initiated at St. Norbert College.
Gonnering and Roloff are among approximately 25,000 students, faculty, professional staff and alumni to be initiated into Phi Kappa Phi each year. Membership is by invitation only and requires nomination and approval by a chapter. Only the top 10% of seniors and 7.5% of juniors are eligible for membership. Graduate students in the top 10% of the number of candidates for graduate degrees may also qualify, as do faculty, professional staff and alumni who have achieved scholarly distinction.
Upper Iowa University
Upper Iowa University has announced its 2022 honors and awards program recipients. As one of the honorees to receive a grant, award and/or scholarship, Isabelle Bergsbaken, of Oconto, was awarded the Drs. Eugene E. and Mildred Everts Garbee Award.
Columbia College
Columbia College recently announced its dean’s list for the spring 2022 semester. Among those named to the dean’s list is Kaitlynn Wittman, of Krakow.
To be named to the dean’s list, a student must have completed 12 semester hours in a 16-week period and achieved a minimum GPA of 3.5 on a 4.0-point scale.
Bob Jones University
Joshua Stauff, a junior communications major from Abrams, was among over 620 Bob Jones University students named to the spring 2022 president’s list.
The president’s list recognizes students who earn a 3.75 or higher grade-point average for the semester.
Concordia University
Mackayla Niec, of Pulaski, earned a master’s degree in education from Concordia University, Nebraska.
On May 7, Concordia University, Nebraska awarded undergraduate and graduate degrees to more than 400 graduates.
