The Lena Lions Club honored Mason Sobeck, son of Timothy and Michele Sobeck, as student of the month for November.
Mason is a senior at Lena High School where he is a member of the National Honor Society, the FFA, and the L-club. Mason participates in football and baseball. His friends describe him as smart, hardworking, funny, loyal and respectful.
Mason’s hobbies are hunting, farming, sports, and weightlifting. His community activities include helping at the National Night Out, Toss for Charity, Adopt-a-Family, and the school food drive. Mason has also helped with Breakfast on the Farm and the Lena Lions Dairyfest.
Mason’s work experience is working on his family’s dairy farm.
Mason plans to attend college for business management so he can continue to run his family’s farm in the future.
