• Charges against Britney M. Gavitt, 31, Wittenberg, were dismissed on a prosecutor’s motion Nov. 6. Gavitt had been scheduled to stand trial Nov. 8 on 10 counts of felony bail jumping, possession of THC (second or subsequent offense) and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Anyssa C. M. Ellwart, 21, Green Bay, had her probation revoked Sept. 14 to two counts of threatening to injure or accuse a person of a crime and misdemeanor bail jumping. On Nov. 9, Judge Katherine Sloma sentenced Ellwart to two years in prison followed by three years of extended supervision.
