Richard “Dick” Cook, 90, of Shawano, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 4, 2019, at his residence. Richard was born April 6, 1929, in Rochester, Indiana, to the late Harry and Bertha (Wolf) Cook. He graduated from Rochester High School.

Tony L. Terrell, 71, of Clintonville, passed away unexpectedly Sunday, Dec. 8, 2019, at his home.

Robert ‘Bob’ Hanke

Robert “Bob” Hanke, of Appleton, went to play golf on the greenest fairway of all and to sing with the choir of Angels at the 19th hole. A wonderful tenor voice, he joined the Lord’s Choir on Dec. 2, 2019, when he passed peacefully at Cherry Meadows Hospice in Appleton, surrounded by his family.

Bob was born Oct. 9, 1935, in Shawano to William and Albertina (Wolff) Hanke. He attended Wittenberg High School, where he met Elaine Day, his wife of 65 years. They married in October 1954.

Joan Bliske

Joan Bliske passed on to Heaven on Monday, Dec. 2, 2019, at Odd Fellows Nursing Home in Green Bay. Joan was born June 22, 1933, and graduated from Oconto Falls High School. She furthered her education at the Milwaukee College of Cosmetology where hairstyling became a big part of her life. Her last job was working for Oconto County at the Oconto Falls Group Home where she helped care for the people there. She told us all how much that enriched her life!

Joan went on to join her parents, Bernice and Erick Warschkow, who passed before her.

Marrion J. Neuman

Marrion J. Neuman, 87, a lifelong resident of Gillett, passed away early Sunday morning, Nov. 17, 2019, at The Bay at Suring.

She was born on April 11, 1932, in Oconto Falls, daughter of the late Edward and Lydia (Paholke) Neuman. She graduated from Gillett High School with the Class of 1950.

Marrion was a resident of Gillett her entire life. She had many interesting occupations, with one being custodian of Gillett Bank. Marrion was a fixture of the community and well known for her profound wit and sense of humor. She was also a beloved aunt and cousin to many.

Garry “Garf” Carlyle Clough, 77, was received gently into the Lord’s hands Saturday, Nov. 23, 2019, at his home in Gatesville, Texas. He was born Jan. 10, 1942, in the Clough family home in Antigo to the late Glenn Carlyle and Henrietta Ann Flader Clough. Garry graduated from Antigo High School in 1960.

Roger H. Carlson

Roger H. Carlson, 90, of Wittenberg, passed away at Homme Home in Wittenberg, on Nov. 12, 2019, under the care of Le Royer Hospice. He was born Sept. 15, 1929, the son of the late A. Edwin and Emily (Norrbom) Carlson. On May 2, 1953, he was united in marriage to Beatrice Madson. She survives. Roger was a U.S. Army veteran serving his country in World War II.

Andrew T. Beine Jr.

Andrew T. Beine Jr., 88, of Bevent, passed away peacefully Monday, Nov. 25, 2019, with family and Sister Mary Ellen by his side at Ascension Saint Clare’s Hospital in Weston.

He was born March 7, 1931, in Hartford, the son of the late Andrew Sr. and Eleanor (Kraemer) Beine.

Andy was a U.S. Army veteran serving during the Korean War and was a life member of the Elderon Memorial Post 8068 VFW.

Robert E. Koehler

Robert E. Koehler, 87, of Wittenberg, died on Monday, Nov. 25, 2019, at Ascension St. Clare’s Hospital, Weston.

He was born on Nov. 21, 1932, in Chicago, Illinois, the son of the late Edwin and Gladys (Enk) Koehler.

Bob was a U.S. Marine veteran and a member of the Bloecher Johnson American Legion Post 502 in Wittenberg. He was also a past commander of the post and was grateful to be able to participate in the Honor Flight.

On June 9, 1956, Bob was united in marriage to Gail Larson at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Morris. She survives.
