Alpha House, the Wittenberg thrift shop that has been a staple of Webb Street for many years, has a new home.
Due to costly repairs needed at the location, the thrift shop moved across the street to the lower level of Homme Home, next to the wellness center.
The shop is staffed completely with volunteer help and sells donated clothing and household items, so 100% of all sales go toward the residents of Homme Home.
Volunteers moved all current stock in time for the reopening Feb. 16. The day featured complimentary snacks and door prizes.
