He faces a maximum 3 1/2 years in prison and $10,000 fine if convicted. • Jon M. Plosczynski, 44, of Shawano, was charged April 7 with felony counts of burglary armed with a dangerous weapon and theft, along with four misdemeanor counts of theft. He could face a maximum 15 years in prison and $50,000 fine on the burglary charge if found guilty and six years and a $10,000 fine for felony theft. Plosczynski was ordered held on a $20,000 bond set by Judge William Kussel Jr. and was scheduled for an April 14 preliminary hearing.

He could face a maximum 3 1/2 years in prison and $10,000 fine on each count if convicted. House was ordered held on a $500 cash bond set by Judge James Habeck and is due back in court for an adjourned initial appearance Nov. 11.

• Benjamin J. Van Oss, 40, of Shawano, was charged Oct. 7 with a felony count of second-degree sexual assault of an unconscious victim that allegedly occurred in the town of Wescott on Oct. 5. He could face a maximum possible penalty of 40 years in prison and a $100,000 fine if found guilty. Van Oss posted a $7,500 cash bond set by Judge William Kussel Jr. and is due back in court for an adjourned initial appearance Oct. 21.
