Mark R. Dobratz, 68, of West Fargo, North Dakota, passed away on Sunday, Nov. 26, 2023, at Essentia Hospital surrounded by family.
Mark was born on Feb. 13, 1955, in Shawano to the late Eugene and Arlene (Finke) Dobratz. Mark graduated from Milwaukee School of Engineering and later received his MBA from University of Mary. Mark was united in marriage to Joan Osterloh on June 23, 1979 in Hecla, South Dakota. The couple lived in Kenosha for a few years before moving to Shawano and then later to Fargo, North Dakota.
