Grace Seefeldt selected Fairest of the Fair

Grace Seefeldt, a graduate of Lena High School, was selected from among four contestants May 18 to serve as 2024 Fairest of the Fair for the Oconto County Youth Fair.

Seefeldt, daughter of Dale and Becky Seefeldt, was active in FFA and 4-H in high school and recently completed her freshman year at South Dakota State University. Her participation was sponsored by Jagiello Dairy Farms LLC.

Fairest of the Fair event set for May 18

The Oconto County Youth Fair has experienced a resurgence in applications for the fair’s official ambassador.

Four candidates for the 2024 Oconto County Fairest of the Fair are scheduled to introduce themselves in a competition starting at 11 a.m. May 18 in the Gillett Secondary School Auditorium, 208 W. Main St. The event is open to the public.

The candidates are:
