Mathison receives volunteer award

Matty Mathison, center, of Shawano, was presented with AARP Wisconsin’s top statewide volunteer award for 2025 in a ceremony March 31 at the Shawano Lake County Park pavilion. Mathison is a dedicated advocate for the creation, preservation and expansion of trail systems throughout Shawano County.
