Fans will have the opportunity to get their first look at this season’s team at the annual red-white scrimmage, which is set for Oct. 17 at the Kohl Center. Time will be announced at a later date.

Wisconsin is scheduled to host UW-Whitewater for an exhibition on Oct. 29.

The Badgers officially tip off the regular season Nov. 9 at home against St. Francis Brooklyn.

As part of the Big Ten vs. Big East Gavitt Tipoff Games, Wisconsin hosts Providence in Madison on Nov. 15. The Badgers and Friars will meet for the first time since 1996.

During Thanksgiving week, Wisconsin will play in the Maui Jim Maui Invitational, Nov. 22-24. The Badgers open up tournament play against Texas A&M on Nov. 22 at 1 p.m. on ESPN2. On Nov. 23, UW will face either Butler or Houston.

For this year’s Big Ten/ACC Challenge, the Badgers will travel to Atlanta for a game against Georgia Tech on Dec. 1. Wisconsin also visited the Yellow Jackets in 2001 as part of the third-annual Big Ten/ACC Challenge.

Wisconsin returns home to host Marquette on Dec. 4 before opening Big Ten play with a two-game conference stint in December. The Badgers welcome Indiana to the Kohl Center on Dec. 8 and then travel to play at Ohio State on Dec. 11.

League play resumes in full for the Badgers on Jan. 3 with a road trip to Purdue.
