Suring swept Lena in a Marinette & Oconto Conference match in Suring on Thursday. The Eagles won by scores of 25-19, 25-20, 25-18.

Jaden Bubolz finished the match with seven attack kills, seven digs and three aces for Suring, while Kelsey Smith had eight digs and four attack kills.

Kate Mahoney totaled 10 assists, eight digs and four aces, Cher Whiting tallied four assists and three aces and Grace Fisher added in five digs.

Leah Dean contributed three block kills and two aces for Lena, while Chloie Potter had three assists.

Gillett splits pair of matches

Gillett topped Rhinelander 25-14, 25-6 and dropped a match to Three Lakes by scores of 25-17, 25-20 at Three Lakes High School on Thursday.

Against Rhinelander, Annie Kohls finished with six digs for Gillett. Karissa Schaal added five digs, while Aubrey DeBauch had three attack kills.

In the setback to Three Lakes, Schaal tallied seven total kills, four digs and three aces to lead the Tigers. Sophie Horsens contributed seven assists, six digs and four aces, while Naomi Anker had four digs.
